Tanta (118 W. Grand Ave.) is the premiere restaurant in Chicago for authentic Peruvian cuisine and craft pisco cocktail preparations. The restaurant is collaboration between Chef Gaston Acurio and VBD Hospitality. The menu, created by Chef Acurio and Tanta Chicago Executive Chef Jesus Delgado, takes guests on a journey through Peru’s flavors and culture via its menu, made with locally sourced products from vendors sensitive to sustainable farming and fishing.
