Terrazas restaurant on the 9 th floor of the Hyde Resort and Residences, the oceanfront resort on Hollywood beach offers indoor and pool deck tables. I dine in a refreshing breeze with a lightning show over the Atlantic and tonight’s sunset over my right shoulder. Across the table from me the Hyde’s palm trees and cabanas line the swimming pool while uptempo music makes me wonder where the DJ booth is.
In due time, Hernan, my server glides the Argentinian Skirt Steak with chimichurri and truffle fries to my table. Their braised short ribs in a red wine reduction and a side of mashed potatoes await on my next visit.
